Five lights a minute
Every launch registers on-chain first and waits its turn. At most 5 go live in each one-minute round, counted by block time. First registered, first launched, and a round does not wait to fill up.

The harbor takes turns
One line, first come
Every launch registers on-chain before it can launch. The contract only lets the head of the line launch, so nobody can pay to jump it, and the owner, the keeper and the platform cannot reorder it.
5 slots a minute
A round is one minute of block time. Once 5 launches have landed in it, the next one waits for the next minute. A round does not wait to fill up: the head launches as soon as someone runs it.
50 beacons every ten minutes
That is the most the queue can release in ten minutes. One line, no cutting in.
Hold the light to launch one
A standard registration holds 1,000 $BEACON, which waits with it and comes back to you after it resolves. It also needs an X account proven to be yours.
Anyone can run the line
The platform keeper runs the head when the round has room. If it goes quiet, any wallet can run it from this page with only an RPC. The contract checks the order, so running it gives no priority.
A lit beacon is live
A beacon lights only for a launch confirmed on-chain, never because a countdown reached zero. On Arc a confirmed block is final, so there are no confirmations to wait for.
